The staff at the hotel was cute, especially polly at reception, she helped arrange car hire. the amenities were great, i found the hotel very clean. the bathroom had a great shower. It was cozy and elegant.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly hotel staff. They made everything easy. The hotel's location provided convenient access to the city center. The room was spacious and well-furnished, I found it very comfy and tidy. I also liked that Rituals toiletries were available in the bathroom.
The dark decor in the hallways was a bit unappealing to me.

The hotel gym had good facilities. The rooftop pool and the seating area looked wonderful. The hotel location was also great with many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms were noisy at night due to the street traffic. The breakfast only had three options. I also did not get the bed type that I booked so I received two beds instead of one double bed.
